The UConn Student Affairs Association (UCSAA) is a student organization committed to enhancing, connecting, and supporting individuals who are interested in a career in student affairs. The executive board is constantly planning and programming ways to add to the experience of HESA students.

In the past year, UCSAA hosted or participated in the following events:
- Lunch & Learns with administrators from within and beyond the UConn campus on topics such as professional development and working in different professional settings
- Professional Development Trip to Connecticut College (New London, CT)
